#1 - I think should be the lottery (hey gambling is a sport) and sometimes boxers are told to take a dive so people know who is going to win, at the beginning.
I think I will have to take exception to the answer for #9 - you don't actually WEAR stilts, you sorta stand on them (with any luck).
And, I agree that boxing is somewhat spurious. More - because if there is not a knockout, there are points scored that would tell the technical winner. So, in that case you can tell who is leading.
And, you gotta love a group of people that will spend time to argue even when given the answers!!
I got six right, didn't know about the pear one... that's pretty cool. However, I did use the dweeb as one of my words. I am sure that counts, I had the same question asked of me from my Uncle Ben's Bathroom calendar awhile back... and he claimed there are 4, dweeb being one of the four!
