I have no idea why I was suspended.  Is there some way I can find out why I was suspended for 72 HOURS?!

I've heard there's usually an email. Don't necessarily trust me, I've never been suspended

You will need to email them and ask them how the offense was committed. They should be able to email you a log of the chat. Sorry you were suspended.

You will get an email detailing the offense (chat log), although it doesn't necessarily tell you WHAT terms you violated, you can usually look at your chat log and see that you gave out personal information location/phone numbers/other websites to contact you on/offensive chat etc... then you will have to go to the terms and conditions page and agree to those terms again, and it will unsuspend you after the 72 hours.

So curious Pearl. Did you find out what you did? Just want to make sure not to repeat it. Unlike my 18 yr old son who recently moved out  I like to learn from others. I think I saw you today in the Nutty River mint

Yes, I think I saw you too! 
I sent Toontown an email, but I think they're ignoring me. I sent it on Sunday, but still no reply.
I just want to know what I did! I didn't do anything wrong!
