72 suspension over?

umm...why cant i play?

i got a 72 hour suspension last friday..but everytime i login it saids the same thing!

why cant i play? i know i broke a rule and stuff like that

but if i was actually banned it wouldn't be fair since this was my 1st suspension

plz help me! Sad

You have to agree to the house rules again, I am told there are instances where you have to call Disney and have them clear it up as well.

I have had a suspension or two...it used to be that you had to wait for TT to call you and then you'd agree to abide by the rules. Lately they have it that when you go to log back in you are sent to a different screen. There it tells you how much longer you have to wait. When the suspension is over, when you go to log back in, it will prompt you a screen that explains the rules, and at the end of that is where you click that you agree with the rules. You should be able to get back on after doing that, if you've served the time.

Has it been 72 hours? Have you tried to log back in? Did you get prompted to read the rules? What is it saying when you log back on? Have you tried to call TT customer service/live chat?

its passed 72 hours!!!

ive been suspended last friday (not yesterday)

and it keeps saying

We're Sorry! Based on a violation of the House Rules, we have suspended allugotowned's account for 72 hours.

everytime i log in...

this is whack ... i wanted 1 week and i'm still suspended!!!

come on i really need help! 2 me its like spending my money for a banned account

You have to call TT customer Care.. the # should be provided when you try to log on .. I got a meesage saying that even if your time is up you wont be re instated until you call them. The # is strictly an answering machine Rolling Eyes

so you have to leave your info and especially a time to call you back(now I sound like that answering message Laughing

)... cause they'll call you in the middle of the night... lol I tried to call several times thinking to catch them during their hours of operation but I had to find out the hard way... Mad

They wont re instate you until you call and they call you back ... after that, you should be able to get on right away...

If you need that # I can give it to you but I have to find it first!

also one more thing about this

when i log in and it keeps saying im still suspended it saids a parent can also login and free my account from suspension?

does that actually work?

i'm on day 3 of my suspension for saying "these games will rape you" talking to my TF about game prices... i've tried to email disney 2ce now and nothing back yet. what i don't understand is why my TF got suspended too?!?!? it makes no sense to me. unless they come up with something a little more clear to explain the rules i have a feeling that i'm going to get suspended again. my question for anyone with an answer is how many times do you get suspended b4 you get banned? and don't they know that i don't have but one TF? we're the same age, kids, we know who's who. i think that they need to give a warning, there should be a site that it redirects you to when you try to log back on after your first offence that tells you to check your emal, and they should send an email stating the terms and conditions and all and it should say that it's your one and only warning b4 suspension. i mean, i just paid for a full year, and now i'm suspended without warning???? i'm livid. i can feel the fire coming out of my ears!!!!

Hi, Sorry for your suspension, very frustrating. I received an email warning once for whatever (they did not say.) I am now worried about what i type. My only TF is my 42 yr old sister, and we do talk about personal stuff, how do you not?? Like i am putting the chicken in the oven, Sab should be home soon, or Hi Vic! [durn] it would be a shame to be suspended for that. Why even have a TF option hanging in front of your face if itis too hot to handle, seems like a witch hunt to me.
