Test is for testing out stuff so you will get them on your open account when Disney feels they are ready to be on open. Checking for bugs etc. For now they are being "tested". No...those without a test account can't see them. Just like when Boss (or whatever) was on test the toons on open couldn't see it.

So in other words,they are using test acounts to test new things they are planing to probualy add in the summerfor all acounts (exept free ones).For instance the emotes? Sorry im not to good at this

Yes you are right. (except I don't know for sure about the free accounts) Pretty much everything you see on TT has gone through test first at one time or another.

Test is as fun and as scary as a Beta-thing can be. On the one hand, testers get to try all the new stuff that's way-cool. Testers got the first shot at the boss HQ's, for instance, and the new emotes, for instance. On the other hand, they also get the first head aches. When something works right, it's a Hoot. When it doesn't, then it ain't. One can come in and find gags missing, or progress eliminated. Think some things don't work right on open play? That's what resulted from "fixes" implemented on Test. One can be locked out of playing because some update isn't compatible with one's system (See DDD - re. Disney Driver Disclaimer when it isn't the drivers). Test is what it is.. a missile proving ground for Disney to see what flies and what doesn't. Sometimes things even go BOOM! in the night. On test, the cogs sometimes have help throwing their wrenches.

I never looked at it that way,then again how miss it? Im still wondering about why do you have to wait about 82 or 721 days before you can by it becasue i was first thinking that it will be none test (when others that dont do test can by it) after 82 or 721 days.

Call me a rock and skip me across the lake, but I have this thought... Toons don't get old, they just get wise about what beans can really do, right?

At any rate, I don't think time delay is rally a factor to worry about. The test accounts are issued by Toontown to players who pay for an on-line account. Think open has its problems now? If things weren't tested, I can't imagine how long open would be impacted. Best to not be envious. Rather, it's the Quality Assurance that a person who pays for an account can actually play on it smoother with less snags. Folks who play on test just love to pull their hair out and speak blessings upon the Disney/Toontown Gods for the challenges we LOVE to face head-on!
