Double Gag Credit on Test Servres!

I was just on test and Disney is testing Double Gag Credits without an invasion.. Perhaps they have heard enough about district limits and not being able to access pen districts inhabited by jumpers and such. At any rate, I tried it out and it works. The only thing posted is on the Test Log-in page at the top. It's a banner in blue indicating they will be testing it this weekend. Interesting because I was on last night and I didn't see it then. Perhaps this has already been posted. If so, I apologize for my redundance.

No one has posted about that as far as my knowledge extends. That's interesting! Do you also get the double-ish invasion points (like take out a level 5, get 5 merits/bucks)?

Bucky- they also asked us to start a new toon. I did that so I dont know about the merits question. When I get a chance sometime today- I'll let you know. Someone might beat me to it.

I wasn't getting double points last night... I got on around 9 pm est and no gag bonus on my little ubers in training. I didn't create a new toon since I didn't have any room Shocked

I'm on there right now and nothing extra on my bigger toon and I just made a new one as instructed. Didn't notice anything there either. Wonder if they are working on it ATM?

BTW when are beanfests on test? My toons are soooo poor they can't buy anything for the new one....and my tasks for beans have a long way to go yet!

I think the double points is timed like fishing bingo on Sat. I got a little pink message that said "double experience time" or something to that effect. Lila, on TTC, says she thinks it is only in the street.

Nanner- there is a beanfest at 6 pm pacific tonight and maybe another one on Thurs? Beans are in short supply,as the CFO had been causing disconnects. It was supposed to be fixed, so maybe some brave people have been in there. There is a schedule on TTC. OR did Skip post one here? I don't know!

Joyce, thx for telling us about the bubble-thingy. I really do appreciate it! Now I know what to look for.

It sure would have helped if Disney clarified that it would be happening periodically like BINGO, Grand Prix etc... I think I'll send that in to them. However, they haven't even corrected their own typo, (above), in their own release notes, lol, (TEST Toons of the world Unite!), but it's worth a shot.

(You are also correct about beanfests on TEST. Top district, the gazebo, 8pm CST on Thursdays and Sundays.)

I saw Mommy Nanner on my NEW toon. Did you get your JBs? I had made one on Friday, only to get the message to make a new one on Sat. I saw no difference between the two days.

On Saturday I got the message about the double gag experience but never on Sunday. I wonder if "they" forgot to continue their programming on the double gag experience?

Hi everyone. I was only on for a bit before I had to get off. However, I posted right away about what I found. At that time it was gag-crediting double. Can't say as to whether it was extended to merits, bux, etc. I only needed a few merits and got them, double or not, from a short fac run. I hope they are testing this to bring to open to alleviate the "River" problems. Blessins, all.

I'm sorry but what is a min?

Double gags doesn't double your merits, bux, notices, stocks.
It didn't double in the buildings. I went into a mint and threw 2 tnts, 2 sandtraps, and the train. I got 150 gag credit on that. Is that right,without double points?

Bucky? What in the world are you saying?
A coin mint will give you about 197 bucks - depending on whether you have 4 sets or more. During an invasion these are doubled. The dollar gives about 450 or so, depending on the floors without invasion.

I appreciate having help getting my gag strength up and goodness knows there are a LOT of toons that need the help. But, it won't resolve the River crowding problem without doubling the merit/buck/notices/options as well.
