Well I managed to get on long enough to find out that the toons who have new catalogs can't afford the fun stuff and Nanner who can afford it won't get a new catalog until Saturday. Soooooo I was fishing on my non (one day to be) uber toon and managed to get one emote and a shirt. Then they kicked me off....

AH! Someone get invisible and plant themself in a garden! Add dead trees, wilted flowers, and make your Toon a black cat, you're set for Halloween.

I can't wait to have my Nanner statue. Oh what pose will suit her?? So is the pts needed to plant one of these just the number it takes to get that laff boost or does that mean I have to plant the 8 bean combos more than once?

Checked my toons and not one has anything new. My daughter had a hard time staying on the laptop so didn't get to check that acct yet. I need a banana peel shirt!

Has anyone bought the statue yet? Right now I see that it has different poses you can choose from, I guess after you choose to buy it, you pick a name from your list for the statue to be modeled after? I bought the emotes for one of my toons who had enough beans. The laughing one, well, it's kinda scary... I couldn't hear the sounds associated with them though. Ferocious reminds me of angry. Delighted is also scary

I wonder if Test couldn't handle the extra load too and that's why it went down? I feel bad that I forgot who some of the people on my list are

So has anyone experimented with the ignore and report buttons?? The report one is a little close to the toon details one and one of these times I'm gonna press it. My five year old asked about the new buttons and I said don't push them so she probably heard push them over and over.

Edit: So after thinking a little more I can certainly understand Disney wanting to keep the bad behaving toons in check, but we are talking about a kids game and what do kids do?? Tattle about everything. I am sure to a six year old one, You stink, warrants a report. If it is meant to protect the little ones from other toons being mean to them, then I think it's going to be a big mess for Disney and possible cause kids who can't read and don't know what they are saying a suspension. My daughter will keep trying to TP to a toon if I don't watch her and this could be reported as harrassment maybe. I don't know, just doesn't seem like a good button to me.

MST - I saw some screenshots posted over on TTC about the report button. You have to go through a series of screens to actually report someone and I believe it tells you that you will no longer be friends with this person if you report them. Accidentally hitting the button will not automatically report the person, so no worries there.

Do you need a password to finalize the report?

If not, I see it happening a lot. Both by accident ("what does this button do?") or because some kid got irritated he didn't get "HIS" dock back after selling fish. Or any number of other annoying but stupid reasons. People who have kids playing other Disney games have posted of their kids getting suspended after being reported for something silly. Hopefully Disney will take the time to look into it - but they don't seem to on these other games.

Yes, I see a lot of potential for the misuse of "report". I know on VMK the kids report a bunch of random behavior.
I think ignore is pretty cool - will cut down on the Stinkys you actually hear. Can someone bring a random toon to an event so we can all Ignore them and see how it works ?

A friend checked and said you couldn't gift the "Special" stuff in the cattlelog. On one hand, I like it that 'older' toons get some things that are special. On the other, I need some beans for my uber!!

Here is the TTC thread where I saw some screenshots. I did not see where one needs to enter a parent password to make it go through. It appears that Disney will have to go through the timing when the report was made and see if your toon was doing anything wrong at that time. If so, you'll be in trouble, if not, the person wrongly accusing may be in trouble.

I think time will tell how this works. Introducing this in the summer when kids are on more might not have been the best idea...
