I still have not received my welcome package for my third account which was opened in December.
When I opened my first account almost five years ago, I receive the welcome package and mailings reqularly for about a year. By the time I had two accounts, I noticed that I was receiving nothing for both accounts. I contacted Disney and a few months later I received a huge package with the cards and newsletters for both accounts that I hadn't received. I guess that I will have to contact them for the third account. I think Disney needs to become much more accountable to its customers and also provide better technical support. Over the years, they seem to get worse and not better.

Oh Yeah, their customer support is amazing, doh! I love their pat answers, they donīt even try to reword anything when you ask a second time and they obviously only give our emails a cursory glance. I have not received anything on our three TT accounts for months. Itīs a great game when everything is going well, it really stinks when you need help.
Thank goodness for you guys,

I finally received the welcome kit for my first 2 account about a year after they were open.
Has anyone noticed on live chat that if you get Marjorie she always refers you to send an email to transfer a toon. Gregory does it right away. Are they the only 2 who work live chat?

Disney has all their beans in one bag, I think. They appeal to the kids which are their customer target. After that, the main product is the software and account access information. I get the idea that if disney could e-mail stickers, they still would be delinquent. I think their main focus is a customer base. After that, like many corporations, their interest is in their accounting... what's the revenue bottom line. We have a couple accounts. Literature arrives sporadically. If more people cancelled accounts because of the not-sent packets. they'd improve their standing in that regard. I think though, that if parents are willing to pay for the accounts so the kids can game and find safe fun, they will be less likely to cancel - which would mean taking something new from the kids. It's an unfortunate situation to say the least. Clearly somewhere inside the Disney organization, they aren't passing on information to the right places.
Can we use that REPORT button to report Disney's inappropriate behavior? Maybe we could tell them that they have a Driver-related problem?

I had no idea that Disney was going to mail something to us...so I never realized I missed something. We have been members since March with 5 accounts and none of us have received anything. We were wondering about those cards. At least the kids don't know they are missing something so that is a plus and they are not bugging us for the cards.
