I filed the following bug report after our CEO the other day. I can't believe they didn't telll me to update my drivers or that my router is the problem!
Lag in the CEO is bad. Get hit for 15 long after fore attack. Final
scene with pig, others players are not lined up but around the room.
Pig speaks but no sound is heard. There is a 1 or 2 second delay
between my clicking a speedchat phrase and it showing up on the screen.
I have a new computer that has no problem playing pirates.
Also, the music at the end of the boss battles is no longer celebration
music. Do miss that alot.
Dear Toontown Guest,
Thank you for your bug report.
We are currently looking into your problem. All players will receive
this fix in an upcoming patch that will be automatically downloaded and
installed when released.
We appreciate your help and patience in resolving this problem and hope
you will enjoy your time spent in Toontown.
Thank You,
Hisham

It must be a new toon member service agent.
He doesn't know the standard replies yet.

Hmmm they still haven't told me to update my drivers either. Then again they never did reply to my report about how I can't get into my own toons house. Some toons can go to my other toons houses but not their own. Sometimes with a new catalog...sometimes not. Some toons get kicked when going in another house. Some have no problems at all. Very weird! So basically I can get my new catalogs but I can't get beans or change my clothes. Two reports....no answer of any kind.

No, I think that is one of the standard replies, though it seems to be rare! It's the same one I've been getting for years when I report the "sad bug". My theory is there are certain things that obviously can't be explained by drivers, so they toss in the "upcoming patch" to shut us up.

I filed a bug report a week ago, and got the exact same response. The subject was something like "Response 88120" or something along those lines.

Looks like a new "Response Handler" missed the section of the training manual detailing the "Drivers Disclaimer".
