You can earn skill points faster by taking over Cog buildings because the skill credit is multiplied on higher floors.

So if you are working gags it makes more sense to use 5 story buildings than anywhere else (unless you do a DA D but if you are working gags I would not recommend that) By the time you hit Bullion Mints hopefully (with the exception of maybe trap or drop) you won't need gag work. I wish they had the cog golf courses in there. Might keep all the TTC toons from trying to do the lvl 3's knowing they won't get much gag credit in there.
