Am I really the only one having this problem?? Whenever I do a blog entry around midnight it puts in the previous day --- last night I did it at 12:03 and it got the time right but said Friday. All the other times and dates are right. I checked my clock settings in my toonfile and it is where it's supposed to be - everything else is right as far as I can tell but I must be missing SOMETHING!
I know this is not such a big deal in the big scheme of things but it puts the new entry in the wrong place - this one ended up placed under the second most recent entry and I had to edit that one to get them reversed - then it doesn't move it up on the list so people can see there is a new one. Any idea what is wrong?

This is my thought on "What" happened.
If you noticed when you are making a post in your blog, you can set the "date" that is set for the post. This is inherant to most blogging software, so I am sure when the author of this mod made it, he wanted that functionality also. Although most allow you to change the time of the entry also.
Did you start editing it "BEFORE" 12:03, which would mean you started the entry on 1/20 and not 1/21. And that would mean when you submitted it to be posted the date on it still said 1/20, but the time was 12:03am which would have put it behind a post you made earlier that day.
The reason I thought this may be the case, is that when I opened your post for editing, it said the date of it was 1/20. Try changing the "date" of the entry?

Just thought of something that would keep this from happening...
Brady, would it be possible for you to add a wee bit of functionality to the software? Here's what I'm thinking. Edit it in such a way that there is a checkbox added just above the date/time editing functionality. Call it something like Use date/time of actual posting and have it default to checked. then, during the actual posting of add the functionality to check for this setting. If it is in its default checked state have it grab the date/time that the post is actually submitted, otherwise use the edited date/time. If you want to make it pretty you can gray out the date/time editing portion while the option is checked.
Just a thought.
