I tried logging onto test yesterday and today using the blue dog launcher. Anyone else having problems?
I get the yellow bar showing that it is processing but it doesn't stop. I let it run for 30 mins. I tried the usual tricks including reinstalling but no luck.

There was a recent update and as all updates on test, they didn't factor in the blue dog launcher/Vista. So, we are all locked out.

Interestingly, test was no problem for me to access. I got in using the old Brown Dog launcher. Sorry to hear of your trouble there. Open was a problem for me. I went through the whole uninstall/reinstall thing with no success. I finally was forwarded to the (in)famous Report-A-Bug page so I did. Right after, thinking Murphy might be messing with me, I tried and succeeded in getting on Open. I went right away and sent Disney a "Disregard the report" message. Last night I got Disney's standard "adjust your firewall" message. Let's all shout WOOT! for their marvelous efficiency.

I'm using Vista too, and the blue dog launcher works fine. I'm actually not sure how the different servers work, like Test server, but I'm pretty sure I use it.

I also have a tip for people using the blue dog launcher. If Google Chrome is what your using to go onto the Internet. If the Blue Dog launcher doesn't work, go to Google Chrome, click on the little wrench icon, then click Options. Under the "Under the Hood" tab, click "Change Proxy Settings." Then click LAN settings and uncheck the "Use proxy for LAN" box. This works on my laptop.
