I changed the way the board sends email out. Hopefully this will eliminate the false positives for spam that the activation emails get.

It should work now, LadyZ tested it with charter and it came right through this time. Yahoo had always let it through but counted it as spam, now it comes right in the regular inbox.
Now to fix the pesky private message notification bug.
