Key to Daisy's Garden?

I'm to the point right now where I need to pick my key task. I can choose getting the key from Minglers or Legal Eagles. On open I have always picked Minglers, but I seem to be see more lawbot buildings on test, so I'm wondering if choosing the eagles would make more sense? ANyone have any experience with this....is one harder than the other on test?

Good question. I chose Minglers since it was synergistic with getting my SB suit and I knew I'd get ready to VP.
Back then 30-40 toons on test was common. It took me about 2 weeks of occasional play to get my suit and I got my key to boot.

I did notice bunches of Lawbots, but mostly 2 stories in Minnie's and DD. I did about 4-5 bldgs in last night's help a toon. Once we had 6 legal eagles! That was the exception. Either is do-able.

Before the help a toon days, it was hard to find people, but with the re-newed interest on test, I think you should strike while the iron's hot.

Well I chose the lawbot one in open and it almost did me in. It took me forever to get that stupid key so on test I made sure I picked the mingler one. I think it would be easier to get help with the mingler one too because even the big toons need merits from time to time so they don't mind taking down a building with you.

As for me I am a sucker for helping with that task for anyone because I still remember the pain of doing it on open. On test I found it much easier

I've got 6 of my own and watched both of my boys go through DG. We have found getting it from LE's is much easier than Minglers. 2 of the 8 were test toons also.

I ended up picking the Minglers, and managed to get both keys with just 2 buildings and 2 factories. Much easier than I thought it would be!

How do you get to decide which one you get, Minglers or Legal Eagles? I got one on open and a different one on test, but I didn't realize that was something I could influence.

Do you task shop? That is how. You just check out what is offered by each of the hq staff and one or two will offer the task from minglers and the other will offer from Legal Eagles. I didn't realize that when I did it on open so ended up with the Legal Eagle one and as I said before I almost drove me nuts trying to get that key. On test I decided to look for the mingler task and didn't select until that one was offered to me.

From that I have learned to shop around a lot for tasks. I can't believe how much difference there is in tasks for the same reward. I will go so far as to check all the shops on the street if I am not happy with what the hq offers me.

Shop around for -

* Carry 3 Tasks (got it for 15 sells anywhere)
* TP to Minnies (15 sells anywhere)

I have been choosing the Minglers since I was running factories for suit parts and merits on second toon. Got my first key on the first Factory run last night in Test along with the Squash Gym (80 beans) task.

I usually find it by hitting a couple of HQs then the streets. I would say most are found within 10 stops (each HQ being one stop). I also like to visit the 2 "shops" in the dreamland playground...they always seem to treat me right Cool
