Hi Everyone, again...

I thought I had posted a little about myself already, but apparently to my dismay Shocked , I hadn't done so. Well, here goes...I am a 35 year old, stay at home mom of 2 wonderful boys, the oldest who is now 6 is the reason for my Toontown addiction. He started to see the TV commercials about a year ago and wanted to play for the 3 day trial, my husband and I agreed to sign him up...after the 3 days, of course he wanted to keep playing so I told him we would sign up for ONE month...what harm could come from it right? Well here we are just shy of 1 year later and I have a maxed toon with 118 laff (it is a boy toon because my son created him I was just going to "help") and another working on getting there someday at 108 laff (I had to create a girl toon to have of my own). My husband is also addicted, not to the extent that I am partly because he has to go to work (he plays 2 toons also...he too has a maxed toon with 117 laff who was created originally by our 4 year old), while I get to stay home and play, play, play. Occasionally my boys decide they want to play their toons, our youngest's toon is almost out of the brrrgh and our oldest's toon is a 105 laff who likes to vp and cfo. It is really hard to give up the computers for them to play their toons without constantly asking, "Are you almost done?".
I have to say that I love to play this silly game and also all the wonderful people that I have met while playing. Shockingly enough, all of the friends that we play with are also fully addicted adults who were just going to help Laughing . Also, I can quit anytime I WANT to, I just don't WANT to Cool .

Sure you can. <laughing hysterically> The first step to recovery is admitting you have a problem. I don't have a problem, do you?

I had that same problem, the solution? We bought two 300 dollar computers as their Christmas gifts. I have 5 boys, and 4 of them now spilt the time spent on TT upon their computers!! (Baby doesn't play yet!) Of course we had to buy 2 more TT accounts to go with the computers!! Oh, and hubby has his own computer too! You might say we are addicted to the internet!!! (I'm the one with the TT addiction though!!)
