I don't know when Clover is doing a clinic, lol.
I'm going to be in Cali again the week of the 22nd. I will be on your timezone and will be able to play more with you. If you'd like we could go in then. Keep in mind though that while I am travelling, I am limited to one computer, so we may need some escort to the crane.
But then again, I still owe a couple of folks some VP close stun lessons (they have graciously not skinned me yet!)

Ooh ooh, me too! I've tried the repeated throwing of a live goon a couple times now after having read instructions and seen the video. Both great to learn from, but I cannot seem to do this. Mostly I end up throwing a live goon bouncing harmlessly off the CFO towards someone who used to be a friend until I started lobbing live goons at them. I know this wasn't exactly an open offer to teach this skill, but if there's room on such a run I would love to come help. Craning would be cool, but I'm sure I'd learn something even by just stomping and observing.

After a few "Power CFO's" last night I think I understand the technique. It's all timing on the CNTRL key and getting a smooth swingin crane for it to work for me.
I wanted to try this on 3 of my 4 CFO ready toons last night. Was able to re-grab the goonie after smacking the CFO on all 3 toons of various types. (big dog, liitle mouse, big mouse). My big monkey (NOT a winky girls, settle DOWN!) was able to also do this on my other computer with lag. So... it all comes down to me learning to swing that crane and tap the CNTRL key.
Last nights CFO were a blast! Hope to see ya soon.
Mon May22nd, I won't be on TT. Birthday Dinner for my daughter at Casablanca! WOOT, belly dancers, eating with your fingers, sitting on the floor, with 8-12 squeeling teenage girls. Tues., May 23rd I'll be swamped with work. Wed May 24th I'm in Santa Clara (the usual 12-14 hr day), May 26th I jet over to Israel for a week. I think I'll have to take a rain check on goon flailing clinic, BUT... I'll look for ya during the week end.

Ok, how come it doesn't just explode when the goon touches the CFO?
This is so cool!
Pete and I both want to try without endangering everyone else, lol!
I get the cntrl key part...Just have to be able to do it without killing the goon.
Can you grab a live goon to do it or does it have to be stunned first?
I would think it probably doesn't matter so long as he grazes the Big Boy (CFO) right?

CC you can throw live or stunned goons, after you throw and regrab it wakes up anyway. So have your pick at live or stunned lol
