Ponys First Ride
View Single PostView Single Post

Got my cake this evening, and since I only lacked a smidge before cloud, decided to ride over to the CCG late run. Was nervous as Arizona by the time we entered the lobby, but decided to go ahead anyway. Disaster! Someone sounded on the first line of cogs! We recovered, but lure missed on the second gag round, and Pony rode off into the sunset back to the playground. Thanks to Eggcentric for the nice words!

Some toons were nice enough to offer a revenge run, so we set out again down the trail to HQ. Not enough gag power on the first 12 was all she wrote this time. Everyone else made it through for a Prof. Pete! Sweet card! Pony will just have to tighten his cinch and keep plugging away I guess.

Special thanks to Sir Igor Megatoon, Chester Fizzlebrains, Cool Banjo, Sherrif Barney, Cool Roxy Funnyglop, and Grandma Lou Snooperdoodle for the revenge run. You guys are great!

I can't thank my gal Shirley U. Jest enough for all her help. She's one special duck! (mostly short-bus-special) Laughing

So sorry you weren't able to ride off into the sunset with your SOS cards! Ask Sad Lisa, you'll find yourself more often than not searching for your contacts in the PG with just 15 laff! However, we've got a great group here at TTF! Come on one of our runs and we'll do our best to help you dance at the end! Smile

I have to ask... Nervous as Arizona?? I'm not sure why Arizona would be nervous unless it has something to do with being so close to California... Razz

I feel it is my duty to respond to this statement because I am from California and I should be offended, but I'm not, sadly it is true, all true!!! Sad

Hi there!

Miss Calculation did a building with Birthday Pony and Thisold Mouse in Minnie's Melody Land a few days ago. She was working trap in a big way at that time and I thank you for doing your best to help her do that. Right down to waking a lured cog to give me one last trap opportunity. I so hate to impose my trap on people when I am working it with lower laff toons but you guys were so great with the encouragement to do so.

Thanks!

Audrey

Granny MoMo: Thanks for the encouragement. I knew it would be a tough row to hoe when Pony was born. That's all part of the fun! Arizona is apparently the chat filter word for h e ll...was gonna bypass the filter but decided Arizona was funny so left it. Laughing

Lady VTP: I have been in a couple vp's with Treading before, and have enjoyed it thoroughly! I'll run with ya anytime, just shout.

Lady Melody: I remember that building. Was fun, and I don't mind helping people to work gags at all! We all have to at some point hehe. Gimme a shout if ya need any more help.

P.S......Cowboys???? "For Crying Out Loud!" "You've Got To Be Kidding Me!" Razz
