Ok, I understand that some folks may have disabled prillion, but I have a question about it.
Why is it that when I bring up prillion, I see one list of people online, however, when I bring up who's online, I get a different one. Many of the folks missing from my prillion screen DO use prillion and can send me messages, however, I cannot initiate a message to them via prillion.
Here is a screenshot showing what I mean. In this shot you see both my Who's online view and my prillion view.
Is the potential workaround for this to create a prillion "buddy" list? I haven't played with that yet.
This has always been a problem for me, however, it has only become a real pain in the 4th point of contact lately.

Since I am on Yahoo usually, I have gone ahead and turned off my prillian due to having too many things open. I've noticed that a lot of others aren't on usually either. I do, however, on occasion turn it back on, especially when I see someone that I'd like to IM.

"Who's Online" keeps a name on the list for 15 minutes after they may have logged out, while Prillian refreshes more often. This would cause such a discrepancy.
If I want to send a message via Prillian to someone who is not showing on the list, I go to my Prillian archives and just reply to an old message. They'll get it when they get back online.
Now, I'm NOT sure about this, but I think you show up on the list unless you're logged in as invisible. If the name is in italics, they have it turned on - if not, they have it turned off, but you can still send a message.
If this doesn't answer your question, Brady will have to take it from here!

Ahhh, I thought if the name was in italics, they were logged on Prillian AND TTF, and if it wasn't, then they were just logged on Prillian.

No, if you're on Prillian it stays in italics even if you click out of TTF.

There is a buddy list feature as well. Click the image that looks like to enter the contacts area. It was a bit flawed the last time I used it, so if it still is, I may revisit it and try and fix it.
You can also click the image that looks like to open a "blank" unaddressed IM window, which you can just then type the person you'd like to IM.
The Prillian window defaults to a 2 minute refresh, which means the server refreshes the persons prillian every 2 mins also. If they haven't used it in 15 total, they will disappear off the list entirely.
The rest, I am pretty sure you got correct.
