I'm here for fun as well. All that underhanded, poo-slinging cheating from the monkeys...wonder who'll win?

Since the bears, rabbits, mice, dogs, and ducks seem to be having problems getting teams of 4 maybe we could go Noah's ark and go 2 x 2. That's up to you guys.

Yes there is a game on. The A's are in Anaheim; first pitch is at 7:05. This gig starts at 6 left coast time so our team should be done in plenty of time. If for some reason we aren't I can always have Miles finish up for me.

:Tapping foot: :Looking at watch: DUCKS! Where are the ducks? I know it's the weekend but sheeshhh!

ok, ok. I'm here Nanner. I just got back to this thread and saw that it was moved to Saturday night - of course I'll be available on TT then Razz

If you haven't filled up the duck team yet, I'll join ya and if we need more I can work on recruits (Lil McBouncer - where are u?) Guess that means I should get Bananaswirl's merits, huh?

You know we don't stand a chance in H E double hockey sticks of winning, but we sure will have some fun!

Lovely weather for ducks!

YAY! A DUCK! Thought you all got caught in the rain somewhere! NOOOO you and I ARE the duck team! It may be too early for a westcoaster Mom but I'll check if Koalita can come and bring her little boys ducky toon. As for McBouncer....isn't he playing on that other team? My list really has very few ducks on it. I'm surrounded in mostly cats! What's up with that? (and where are they)??? (no....my lovely sf's who are rabbits, dogs, horses, mice etc I'm not forgetting you but......all those cats....they breed like rabbits)!

Oh noooo way in H E double would we win (maybe)? But me thinks the monkey's are scared and it would be just a bit fun to show a certain monkey what it's like to eat duck dust Razz

4 days to go and I need to start getting codes from everyone, especially the captains. Ducks try LVTP and Pinkers has a duck. I've pm'd a few people but have not heard back from them. For now I'm going to give up on the rabbits, bears, and mice and concentrate on getting the dogs and ducks full. Dogs, there is orville, salty; if mush can still make it. I'll get mouse trap together today.

Nanner - other ducks on my lists

Squirt (Smirky Preciousmouth)
Princess Marigold Dandydoole or Mommas Boy (Crazy O)
Little McBouncer - unable to attend
Cricket Crinklesnout - playing on a monkey Evil or Very Mad
Dee Coy - unable to attend
Miss Calculation (Audrey)
Master Mac (featherless blue duck)
Daphne Fizzlehopper
King Pancake Fizzlehopper

I need to meet more ducks LOL. Some rocking toons I'm not friends with, not sure if they are a memeber here. PickleFlower was at uber CFO last night and rocks the house.

If you have no objections, I'll ask the Fizzlehoppers to join our team - two extremly awesome players. Daphne Fizzlehopper is here (don't remember her user name and don't think she checks here much). Unless some of the other duckies want to step up . . .

With Saturday quickly approaching I am beginning to worry that all the banana peals I've been slinging on the monkey's behalf may at some point slip us up. That being said I wish to extend to you all a heartfelt good luck. And to further foster goodwill and sportsmanship I dug through the archives and found a hidden artifact detailing a sound and proven strategy for emerging victorious in these events. I realize giving the rest of the teams access to these top-secret strategies may cause detriment to the monkey's chances of winning, however being purely altruistic in all my endeavors I must give back what was so generously given to me.
Below is a document rescued from the pyre which was scribed by the great yellow-tighted sage of yesteryear.
Please remember with great power comes great responsibility.

Crazy Orville Bumbleberry :
Ok Guys, I thought I would start a strategy thread to help ensure that we whip those girly girls.

Here are a few tips that I've been thinking about:

Before the battles:
1. Don't worry about being friends with the team leader, He can run to SBHQ just as fast.
2. Make sure you get new toontasks, It is always nice to see what other folks are working on while we are dancing in the end. Don't carry any completed tasks into the battle.

In the cog rounds:

1. Be sure to only use lure/kill strategy, we want to make sure we get through the fight and to the end, don't want anyone to go sad, cause if we do, we lose
2. Remember to toon up your toon police every time they get hit, we don't want to lose because they go sad

In the VP battle:

1. We want to keep him stunned as much as possible, we can't push if he isn't stunned, so Lets position 4 of our toons behind him to stun and push with one.
2. Use the pie fight to toon each other up. Pies are free and we can come out of the VP with full toon-up if we play smart

Between Boss Fights:

1. If you get tagged by a cog while running, just jump all the way back to the playground, don't waste a gag to kill him. We need those gags to kill the CFO.
2. Avoid all the trains, no matter what your laff it, Make sure you are full laff when you get to the Lobby, take the time to wait on all the trains.
3. Don't worry about getting gags, we will have enough.

CFO Battle:

1. Since there is only going to be 5 in the battle, 2 should crane and 3 stomp, that way we have a guard for each craner and a rover stomper.
2. Dont throw any safes at the CFO. We stand too much of a chance at winding up with one on his head. Goons will kill him just as fast.

Hidden:
ok Ladies, I hope you enjoyed the laugh

Your kind-hearted monkey,
~Jacob

Here I am standing in the DDL playground - minding my own business - when this stinky orange cat tp's to

me saying "You're a duck!" Sorry dear, but TW feels mighty uncomfortable playing with this assembled gang of hoodlums.

But, I can bring the hubby's duckie out to play if the ducks find themselves short a fourth. I often play him when my evil alter ego feels the need to express herself. Anonymity is bliss! angel12

Treading Water standing around in DDL minding her own business? Just what kind of business does a VP uber have in DDL . . .hmmm????? Sounds like you were up to no good.

Glad you were there anyway, I forgot to check my VP ubers lists for ducks. That's were all the good ones are anyway Laughing

So, you got a friend that can come? Crazy O, care to join us or are you going to the dogs?
