yes they only hold your old account for 30 days then they delete it from the system.. but that's ok don't mind starting over.. and btw.. who did win? lol

Well, I didn't play, but I never deleted Crazy Max from my Queen Bizzy's list. Guess I need to now  please PM me some codes....

Welcome back Nat! Did you get all your problems fixed?
Did you check with someone on Live Chat about your old toons? Many people have had success getting their back long after 30 days. They do only guarantee it for 30 days, but often it's been well over 6 months when they bring a toon back. If your old toon is still on someone's list, they should be able to retrieve it. Good luck!
I didn't know there WAS a pool, lol...not a bad idea since so many are coming back!
