I'm still kinda new at this  ...I was wondering what all these slang terms are. Please post any other TTF slang things that you know of (such as "greifers") Still want to stay in the loop here. Please help me!

I will take the Clown Pen up portion of the question since I NEVER grief anyone!!
Everyone has their own way of tracking whether an invasion is on or off. I have an ink pen that has a clown on it. If there is an invasion the clown is facing up, when the invasion ends - he faces down. Thus - CLOWN UP or CLOWN DOWN. I even sent Granny Mo Mo her own "Invasion tracker" with instructions. Just in case I'm not around to keep track. There is even a thread with the clown pen's picture and a discussion about why he looks scared.
Anyone wanna take the griefer question? I never ever never grief anyone!!

In my case, it is 'Flashlight up!'. I have my daughter's mini-flashlight and when it is standing up - invasion on! Laying down - invasion off! Don't get the rednecks in the crowd started on their invasion tracking techniques

Sandra, I think you should invest in a Clown Pen, or something similar! LOL! It's pretty funny, really, to have so many TTF toons say Clown Pen UP or Clown Pen DOWN now when an invasion starts/ends. Tina didn't realize what she was starting!!

We have held "Griefer" runs but it was for silly goofy fun.... we never 'made' someone go sad....just got silly with gags and seeing if we could get into single digit laff points. Usually the 'key' run is a Griefer run....could be a whole hour just defeating cogs... 
Right Prince? A 2 hour VP....got to be a record!
