Why would anyone want to be friends with a 129 laff toon? Right now, Miss P is at 127 laff and all she really wants to do is get her last stinky notices in the DA D office and then fight the CJ immediately thereafter. Once she is at BW50, she will probably only come on to fish (oh noooo!). She wouldn't be caught dead in a factory and only would go in the Bullion for a special occasion (like if her best toony friend asked). She does sometimes come out to play at the TTF boss runs if the other toons have been too lazy!
