I am very confused right now.  For the past week I've been trying to get on Toontown but it won't let me! The only thing I can think of is it stopped working around the same time my Spam Killer expired on my computer. What happens is I log on but when I press play it comes up as the yellow bar at the top that you have to click "install activix control" so click that and it takes me back to the home screen. So when I press play again it just does the same thing! Has this happened to anyone before? Does anyone have any suggestions?

Have you been left clicking it? Try to right click it. Once you do it will show up with some options. I think one of them is Install ActiveX Control.

right i do click it but then it jst takes me back to the home screen and it just happens over and over when i press play

Go to Google and type in ActiveX Control. Try to see if you can download it there instead of from the TT website.

My brother is a computer wiz, but hes not home right now. I think you have to install ActiveX Control then see if you can play. Right click on the yellow bar then, click install ActiveX comtrol.

Well...Disney's suggestions are always...uninstall and reinstall and then also...update your drivers. Sorry I can't help you.
