I'm not sure if there's a topic for this but I can't be bothered to go look for it if there is xD
Anyway...
I've never seen this before but at Lawbot HQ or Cashbot HQ or whatever, there are low laff toons (mostly low laff) standing outside the doors to where you go fight the CFO or Chief Justice.
My sister showed me once before though and there were like MILLIONS of low-laff toons standing outside the doors. Its really weird, its like it happens really early in the morning, at least when I saw it both times.
Taken at 08:45 am.
When you try to teleport to them it says they are busy o_O?
Does anyone know why this happens?

They are 'parking' or 'holding a place' in Nutty River. They keep making changes to TT to prevent 'parking' and the toons keep finding work arounds.

Those toons are trying to not fall asleep so they stay in the big district- Nutty River.

Nutty River I guess "is the place to be," so younger toons that can't fight the CFO or CJ go to the door and it keeps them from falling asleep so that they can stay in Nutty River.

I love Nutty River. I go there whenever I want to power-train my gags because of all the cog invasions. Right now I'm waiting for an opening to get Little Beanberry in there before I have to go to work.
Low Laff Toons + Stealing Nutty River space = Owoooo!

You are TOO funny!!
I'm kind of surprised that TT hasn't stopped this method of parking yet--there's been at least one TT update since little toons started parking at the CJ doors, but the parking continues. You know it's gotta be short lived, and I'm a little curious as to why TT hasn't stopped it yet. Unless TT is trying to keep it's parking customer base happy, too? Maybe TT's straddling the fence on this one for awhile? Hoards of toons can't get into River via this method of parking (cause you have to unpark the toon in order to TP to it), so it's not as problematic as playground jumping was? Just wonderin...

Yeah! I have the hardest time getting into Nutty River! I also feel bad that when I see a friend who's in Nutty River, I just want to teleport to them to get in there. Then, when you get there, what are you supposed to do? I always get nervous that it makes them feel bad that I'm just using them to get there, but what am I supposed to tell them? "See you later?" That's kind of harsh.

Just say "thanks" "you rock" "bye" and leave. I have toons do that to me all the time, and I do it to non-SF friends on my list. If you try to TP to them and it says they're busy (happens a lot), then just say "sorry" and the smile or something--a lot of times they'll say "wait a minute" and then a little while later they'll say "ok" meaning it's ok for you to TP now. I do that for people trying to get into River via me. The only thing that bugs me is when a non-SF TPs to me and then hangs around while I'm chatting away with an SF. Unless I'm sure my company is welcome, I don't stick around when I'm TPing to someone in River. At the very least, I'd back off a ways so I'm not standing there right next to them while they're chatting. If it's an SF you're TPing to, then I'd ask first, but I'm assuming you're talking about non-SFs.

But why do low laff toons bother walking all the way to cashbot HQ when they have to walk all the way back again just for Nutty River?

I dont understand the point of not falling asleep. After I'm on TT for a few hours, it starts acting slow so I reboot it. Whats the point of leaving it on when youre not even at the computer?
