Where do I get the e-mote resistance salute and the phrase Toons unite (or something like that)?

There is a certain building you get it from. It's in DDL on the way to the Cashbot H.Q. I forget the name of the building, but I do know it's towards the end of the street with teal lettering. Once your inisde you say "Would you like some help?" After you say that phrase, the toon inside will give you "Toons of the world unite!" Good luck!

They are one and the same ScribblerRN. IF you whisper the Resistance Salute to someone it says that. But if you use it in the open, it says Toons of the World Unite!

It's the same thing. If you whisper "Toons of the world unite" to a toon, it will appear as "Resistance Salute." I'm glad I could help!
