Gardening is something of a pain, in real life or on TT, and with Halloween coming up, I'm thinking I'll never have a better excuse to quit watering than I do right now, thus "embracing" the Halloween look, HEH (but in reality just being lazy). Does anyone know if I leave my trees unwatered and withered for the rest of October, will they possibly die completely and I'd have to replant? I'm guessing not, but I don't particularly want to replant the whole mess and wait the entire growing time. If I'm risking that, then I should rethink. (Probably won't, but I at least should!) I know I'll lose the organic bonus--but a whole month without gardening sans guilt? That might be worth it!

LOL - I like the way you think 
Not to worry, the girls account was left unused all summer. A single watering and all was green again the following day. It does take an additional day for them to bloom again so that you can pick a level 7.

They will stay "dead" until you water them again. It shouldn't take more than 2 days to see the "fruit" again. Mine were left alone for just over 3 weeks.
If you never go home, you will keep the bonuses. I think this is a bug but the mouse never sent me any comments about my bug reports. Once the trees get back to green then you have to return home on the toon you took home to water the trees to get the bonus back.

That is interesting! I've noticed before that when I've watered dead trees on my daughter's account, she still didn't get the bonus back for something like a week - but I probably wasn't on the toon that watered. You guys never cease to amaze me with your wealth of knowledge about this game! I aspire to have that level of knowledge! (OK, perhaps a silly aspiration, but I do!!)

I think you have a wealth of knowledge also...You are one awesome player! ANYBODY that can run 2 + toons at once is a genius in my eyes. (AND have a conversation...heehee!!)
