Hi there! I have been playing Toontown for a while but just recently been trying out the Test server for Windows Vista. I have to say that I have happy that they have gone and are trying to make it work for Vista.
On the Test server, I am a rabbit named Mia and I am happily accepting friends. On the main server, I am a blue rabbit named Pearl and same goes for friends 
Can anyone tell me if the Test server only gives the trial accounts like the main server does?

Howdy!
Test Account - we were limited to the Trail account when they were testing it (use to be for only 3 days) and would rotate the accounts so not just one or two were stuck in Trail mode. I would send in a bug report. Did you sign up for a Test account or did you try the new Install process and it allowed you create a new account on Test?
