But if it's stuck on black screen here are two things you can try - first make sure your firewall is letting it through. We've had to reset ours more than once. If that doesn't work, uninstalling / reinstalling might.

I had the same problem with TT....Looping and never completing the install / update process. I unistalled and started over...and it worked.

I had the problem on Pirates in Beta (test) version. I had sent a bug report, and the response back from them was that with the new Pirates coming out, that they would have a patch to update the problem. When it went to open, there was a patch, and I was able to download it properly.

THXS FOR THE REPOSE!! I HAVE SENT A BUG REPORT EVERTYDAY FOR A MONTH W/ SAME GENRAL EMAIL BACK.SO I REINSTILL GAME. I TURN OFF ALL FIREWALL,ANTI VIRUS,& SPYWARE. I UPDATED MY NEW 3D DRIVER.
