Well, I had fun.

After showing up and seeing Mrs. Ricky there with barbecue chicken and beer (Dr. Pepper for me), I guess Ricky grilled the chicken, as it was mighty tasty. I stood around with they guys, chatting about the short skirt on the horsie and trying to get Mrs. Ricky to make a run to the store (she couldn't seem to understand us and kept saying something about needing a friend). Hey, Ricky, you need to take her out more, i could have intrepreted that as her coming on to us.

It became evident that we were not going to have more than 3, so the two ladies present went off to search for male toons, I loaded up Little Bingo. Yes, we went in with 6. I was sided with Colonel Coconut Cheezytoes and we played with the coggies for a while, letting them get their hits in, smacking them around with cupcakes and piannners, Rats, never got to drop those Nanner peels though. The Colonel whipped out a couple of bike horns though. After running them through the wringer, we decided to do em in and caked the level one, and Double piano'd the 12 that was standing before us.

On to the crane fight, which was a blast. I parked Little Bingo and jumped a crane with Orville. It seemed like the goons were only coming out one side, so I moved Bingo over to the side I was on (not many goons over there). Ricky did get a work-out, it is a good thing he didn't go to Girls Night Out, because he was probably too tired from all the running around. In the end, we all danced for an 80 toon up, as the CFO caught his train.

LadyZ :
Lady Z RUSHED home to be online in time to taunt the boys. No cute new toons this time, just a shapely pink horse in a mini-skirt! I was disappointed in the turnout myself, not only of the boys, but of the girls! What's up with that?? I know more of you were online, guess you couldn't be bothered? Oh well, none of my business I suppose... Rolling Eyes way to support the team though... Rolling Eyes

I figured the shapely pink horse in a mini-skirt would be more woman than those boys could handle. Being the nice girl that I am I decided that adding too many cute girl toons would distract the boys and could cause them to lose their CFO (and we would not want THAT to happen).

Thanks for taking the time to support the "team". Loopy applauds you! Rolling Eyes

Despite the female presence it was a fun run last night! Anyone who knows me well knows that I come fully prepared for CFO complete with the Weenie Gags of DOOM (tm)! Anyhoo, it was a fun run, with only a few bumps in the coggie round. It didn't dawn on me that we had just one stomper in the crane fight until Jonathan told me afterwards. However I was able to hop off from time to time and stomp my own ammo when I wasn't picking up and tossing live goons.

The girls were actually helpful and not tossing the smack around. Were there any female toon operators? Yes, and I do remember a shapely (and attractive!) pink horsie there, but I needed to focus on the prize!

And focus we did! I used smack-fu on the CFO allowing me to smack in any direction at any time.

The next Boys Night Out might be a VP so I can take the Cap next time.

Sorry I missed BNO

Keith and fellow TTF guys:

Well I had a choice to make last night. Do I cook dinner and help my daughter on TT or do I run with friends?
Family first. My youngest daughter had her 8th Birthday last Friday, The "night the lights went out on TT" was a non-event for us. 9 girls, and I went to MiMi's Cafe. We come home any play some foosball and airhockey. 4 little girls have a sleep over, giggling till midnight. Dad writes reviews and engineering analysis stuff. Sat. I took my daughter golfing, just her and I. I shot lousy but did mange to scrape a few pars. My daughter slides in the mud, not once, but twice... No worries, but I did have 3 loads of laundry to finish before Sun. So... Sun rolls around and we help out in Sunday school, my oldest has clarinet practice, and then youth group at church. Dad does some more work, (it's annual performance review time and my project with Israel is really heating up).

OK. Where am I going with this?

Well my youngest gets a re-newed interest in TT on Sat after golf. (must be riding around in the carts on the golf course?) She wants to race, and race and race. So starting on Sun we race, we trade wins, anvil each other and try to set records. Well now she is totally stoked on getting trophies, records and stuff. So I get home on Mon night after 6:00 PM. Wife and kids are busy with homework, projects, (DI is coming up, + thinking day at Girlscouts, + in-laws visiting), and cleaning up our pet guinea pigs cage. I start dinner and before I know it, it's 7 PM. My youngest wants to race before bedtime, so I oblige. She has 14 trophies in 2 days!! She got a speed record on corkscrew. She is like a BB in a box, bouncing around the house going Woo Hoo, Woo Hoo... I felt bad that folks were saying HI and trying to TP to me while we were in the Speedway...
But... I have no regrets as my daughters and my wife are truely my best friends. I hope you all understand why I missed out. Well, maybe next time.. Or... I'd be glad to see if we resurrect the parents and pups runs and have some family oriented fun!! Anyway, glad to see you guys had a good run, Sorry I didn't answer some SF chat, but I find it hard to chat with my daughter, race and SF chat with others at the same time. It bugged me as I didn't want to seem rude. Next time I'll pull of to the side of the road... heh

Of yeah, my oldest daughter had a blast in guys vs gals... She couldn't figure out why the team 2 girls couldn't finish off the CFO... She was the last toon standing and wants to go again. She thinks Pink, Ricky and Lady Googlebrains are really neat!

Hey man, no sweat.

We all realize here that RL comes first.

It is great that your daughter is getting back into toontown.

Now, the parents and pups thing, Woo Hoo! It was a blast when I did it last time, I think that is a great idea!!

LOL I think Mamma's Boy needs to grow a teeny little bit before he's ready for a run! Maybe he should become sf's with Nanner Splatt?
