Hi Everyone,
I have toon up and I try to use it as much as possible. I wondered, why do I sometimes get the full toon up from it and other times I get only +5 or +1?? Also when I use it and get the +5 or +1, I don't get points for it? Is it random or is there a secret??

The gag missed....if you see the hee hee or tee hee hee in lowercase then the gag missed and you will only get a small laff increase.
