Just wondering if any of you guys have heard of getting a trojan/virus/other-bad-thing from plaing TT. Our computer just got a nasty trojan that might pretty much kill our computer, and my dad thinks it's because some evil person hacked our computer via TT. Just wondering if any of you people have heard of this happening or think it could happen. Thanks for all input.

Sorry to hear about your troubles.
Never heard of anyone have that problem.... there was at one time an install issue that prevented TT from being loaded onto your PC because Anti-virus software thought it was a virus but no virus really existed. That is about the closest thing to a virus....

OMG we just got a trojan to! and we cant get rid of it....isnt it like a adware thing that pops up ads?
we also got this thing called WinLock an unwanted pop-up blocker! :0 WinLock closes things like My Documents and stuff....and we cant download ANYTHING! -sigh-
I really hope its not from toontown

That wasn't too long ago. I sent the executable to AVG after they tagged TT as virus and they fixed it in a couple days. Not long after that, this site was infected. Happily, Firefox prevented the infection to the pc.
Anyway, update your virus defs and get a good spyware prog ( www.superantispyware.com) and that should take care of it.
