In honor of St.Patrick's day I would like you to share some little funny limericks you have made up. I will then open a poll and people can vote on best limerick. This will run for two days.From today to March 18 11:59PM.

At writing limericks I am not so slick,
So most people do things in their home
Instead of reding this poem,
(no offense to you with your hands covered with dishwashing soap foam)
Which is why this limerick seems so quick!

Trying to get my kids out of bed
Sometimes they need a slap on the head,

For those of you that need help deciding how to write a limerick...
(taken from Wikipedia)
A limerick is a five-line poem with a strict form, originally popularized in English by Edward Lear. Limericks are frequently witty or humorous, and sometimes obscene with humorous intent.
The following example of a limerick is of anonymous origin.
The limerick packs laughs anatomical
Into space that is quite economical,
But the good ones I've seen
So seldom are clean,
And the clean ones so seldom are comical.

Three boxes containing all the stuff,
Lots of games within the fluff,

Surely I remembered to tell you,
You should limit the limericks you do.
To your very best ones,
The ones full of puns,
So we can vote on one poem per author (indeed that was something I figured you knew  )
If you write many limericks limit the ones voted on to your 2 best limericks.

Surely rules are primarily meant to be BROKE?
You know, it's so much fun,
To break them and run.

Of course the law will be on your tail.
But if you have your lawbot suit this will be to no avail.
Since applying the suit makes you a hoax.
I sure hope the Wiis arent like my friends XBox 360 which broke(s)!

 When you have kids to pick up Kari,
A few people are merry,
For now they can see their kids.
But this limerick will recive high bids,
Exactly how high, is very.
The whole bidding thing is that maybe after we are done we could bid on poems(I need jellybeans !)

But going sad is incredibly bad,
If 7's are something that you hoard.
Though if you are out of ideas, you could hold em just because you're bored!
Though if you are going to fight the cog lord,
You still don't want to hoard because how slow come the TU snacks that so few toons have had.....
.......go fast for them(kinda cheep but I was in trouble with the bad at the start!)
This limerick making is such great fun.
Great ideas everywhere.
It might give a person with a 1-track mind quite a scare.
But new limericks are coming here at the speed of a hare.
I HAVE to say all my limericks before this contest is done!

Then had to go and come back to find it was gone!

HI everyone! I have been TRYING to write a blog entry, but I keep having to leave to go somewhere. When I get back, TTF has already logged me out. I should probably just save it as a draft, I know, but I forget.
