I've been in a questioning mood recently. Could someone tell me what user/toongroups are? I looked in the FAQ, but that basically made me more confused. Also, how do you join? I know that some are off-limits to me, but what about the ones that aren't. As usual, I'm quite confused so if someone could clear this up, I'd be greatly thankful.

There really aren't any that can be joined. It's just a function of the site if we do have any side groups to make.
