how long do u have to be a member to get the new emots and gardening statues?

Emotes: No clue. All I know is that I joined in January, so it'll be a while for me.

It seems the emotes will vary on the age of the TOON. I have one toon that is a baby, still has to return it's blackboard eraser, but has the trick or treat phrase, so I know I must have made it before Halloween. Anyway, that toon had "wait 90 days" on a couple of the emotes. My bunny was made maybe last summer/fall and she was able to buy all the emotes.

Loopy won't get the new cattlelog until Tuesday, but I assume that he'll be able to buy them since the bunny could.

From what you said, it sounds like it's a year to buy some of the first emotes because 90 days (about 3 months) would be the last week of September. If this toon was made during Halloween time-frame, it's about 11 months to the first emotes. Which is December for me

sweet that means that i only got to get my gold shovel because i have been a member for about 1 1/2 years.
but i dont get my catalog untill next week

Matt, on the screen it mentioned 'wait 90 days.' Unfortunately that is the account that Loopy is on, RATS! The account that the bunny is on was started back in January 2006 and the account Loopy is on was started in Oct 2006, so 90 days isn't quite right - strange....

I have been a member for 6 months 12/28/07. and got my catalog tonight. The only thing offered in the NEW part were Shrug and Confused which I received as a gift my first week online. I didn't get any of the new stuff.

If I remember right from the test book, it's under the "Special" tab or something like that.

Yes, it is under a tab labeled "Specials," which is located in the back of the book. At first, on TEST, we had to click the actual tab, but they fixed it so that if you just keep turning the pages, you will get to that section... So check the back of the book.

I'm confused. You guys are actually seeing days to wait on the emotes and clothing? I know I only made my (black) copycat cat from TEST, Moon Shine, on OPEN this last Halloween and she bought all of the new emotes and the lure shirt. I have another black cat that's not named or played (is on blackboard eraser task) and she also bought everything... Maybe a black cat thing??? Makes one stop, rub chin and go, "Hmmmmm...."

Here's another odd thing, which I also reported on TEST. On both OPEN and TEST, my highest laff toons (and obvously the oldest) have not been offered any new name font OR the new emotes. *shrugs*

It's not by toon age it's account age. Loopy I read on TTC that if you move a toon to another account that is older you can then buy the stuff....of course you have to replant all your trees.....emotes or trees. Hmmm?

On open Nanner hasn't been offered more than one new font either. She won't get a new catalog until Saturday but I assume since my other toons (newer ones) can get them that she'll be able to?

The fonts are on a schedule. It's posted at TTC somewhere (don't have time to go get the link right now). Z is my oldest toon and also the last one to get offered a font - just because it has to do with which cattllelog she was on.

If you don't get offered the emotes, and the account is old enough (they should be in there anyway, just with wait times listed), you should definitely report that!

The emotes do go by account age. I have a brand new toon who would be able to purchase them all, if she only had the beans...

My Black cat (Thunder Struck) has 1 emote that she can't buy (no black cat thing). She already bought surprised. I can't wait until Master Beany gets his new cattleog.
