Out of 5 toons on the same account I'm having problems with 3 of them. This is all of course since the update. My babies (who both happen to have new catalogs) can't get in their house. One can't even make it in the door and the other gets in but 2 steps toward the phone and poof....booted. Now the toons that CAN get in don't have new catalogs.

Normally you would think....ok...new catalogs get poofed....no new catalogs can get in...right? Well one other toon DID have a new catalog and now has a shirt and one new emote. She had no problem yesterday getting in. Today she can't. Since then she has gotten another new catalog (yeah she's neglected so I had gotten 2 catalogs in a row). She was obviously able to get the first one but now can't get in again.

I've sent 2 bug reports but my file thingy didn't send along with it so I had to do it over. So far no reply to the info.


Soooooo.....anyone else with this problem??? (please say yes cuz it sure isn't my drivers since it's same account...same computer)!

Sorry Nanner! I'm not having any problems on 2 accounts....some had new cattlelogs and some didn't... I check the ones that didn't to see if the new stuff was there anyway but it wasn't. I'm not using Vista either...win2000 pro and XP. Old launched too

It's making me crazy since the two toons I'd really like to have at least the shirts are the ubers in making. That way when I'm on the streets of TTC or wherever the other one is? Older toons will know this isn't a newbie playing. (even though sometimes I act like one ) Still no Disney reply. Oh well I'll keep sending in those reports and just add the needed info (that never sends) right along with the first report.

Would it work if you used a friend's phone?

OH NO!! The landlord's locked you out? Did you pay your rent? Maybe you could break in through a window? (Although that'll just make the landlord even more angry!) Odd that your friends have locked you out as well, and there's not a pay phone to be found in TT! Did you try TPing to a friend who was already in their house, poised near their phone, and if that doesn't work, have the friend put their phone out in the gray and see if you can TP to them there?

You know, it almost sounds like "dad" has taken away your phone privileges. Did you put too many minutes on the cell phone? Too many text messages?

RATS! Caught again! That darn 1-900-cuteboyducks! (good idea about TPing to one near the phone or in the grey)! Just hope whatever it is is figured out by Saturday when Nanner gets her new catalog!

I have had issues in the past with locked doors. All I did was try a different district and the door opened. Try it and see if that helps.

I've been on two toons that had new cattlelogs and they made it to their phones just fine. I use Vista and the new launcher, if that helps.
