Just curious about a lot of names. I don't have the imagination to come up with the clever stuff like the Barely's (Bear Lee or Leigh) or the I need a (Anita). I chose my name Granny because at the time I thought this was a kids game and I wanted to be sure the other players would think of me as old and the Frecklebee part just came as the random choosing. I was still embarrassed to be playing when we had company and would pass it off to the kid. It wasn't until I found this site that I realized just how many more adults play...still a lil embarrassed with company, though I'm sure I'll get over it. Raven's name was because she was going to be a black cat and well as I stated previously...I have no imagination. Odie is my Real Life dog.

So how did you come up with your name? Was it a random computer thing or did a lot of thought go into it?

Miss Sandy Thunderpoof is a TT one obviously that my son choose. He thought the "poof" at the end was just too funny. He was also begging me to make one so I got to make the mouse and he got to do the name thinking at that time I'll never really play her lol. Meow Meow was the second I think and that is after my cat. Then Dippy Dinky Dizzydorf was TT and well just wanted it sorta silly. Then I got a request to make a MrJinx from a sweet lady here. He misses the little mice he was made for. Then I have one for a song and one from Looney Tunes. And oh yeah my Firehydrant also part of a group of cute yellow dogs who I miss seeing out and about! Mine is Sweet A Firehydrant and I don't think I could name all the other ones lol. Some are still on my friends list that won't ever be coming back on but I just can't X Bea Firehydrant.

Nanner came from a name a zillion years ago. I'm pretty much a version of Nanner everywhere online. (long story...won't bore you....this time ) MissLure came from....well LOTS of missed lure Rejected came about because I was trying to name this toon forever and they kept rejecting names. Sooooo I was expecting Rejected to also be rejected but to my surprise it wasn't. Saw another Rejected online about a year ago and went to grab mine to say hello. It stunk me! Jelly Jinx came about....well if you read a lot of the threads around here about CFO you'll find the answer to that one. U.Doda Math is also an easy TTF name I have one in my head too that I made on test but it's still looking for that first cog in TTC (was just testing the name) but I may one day make it on open if I ever get working with Nanner to get that last key and start working any of the others. My least favorite toon is MissLure and one day I just may make her go poof. Right now she's only used for her catalog.

Lady Snappy Spacklecrumbs was my first toon, not sure what I was doing (as usual), but liked the "Lady" and Snappy sounded, well, snappy. I was doing a lot of painting and fixing up our house at the time and thought spackle-crumbs was cute. Aunt Mo Mo is because my niece got me to try TT and Mo is my nickname from childhood. Princess Chunky Precioussnout, kinda describes my pig physically, but I wanted her to still be "girly" so I had the Princess title. Princess Snappy Spacklecrumbs was to show that my mouse was related to Lady Snappy, but younger. Sooty Kitty--took me forever to come up with that one when I made my black cat last year--I am not creative at all. Little Dainty Duckie--I wanted her to sound sweet and cute and dainty. Funnyface was named by my niece and I adopted her when TT was no longer interesting to her.

It was 11 pm Halloween, the kids were finally in bed and then realized I had yet to make my black cat. My son had discovered TT in August, and by Halloween it was clear that I needed my own toon, HEH. My kids had made their black cats earlier in the day and my daughter named hers Midnight Smoke. I liked the "Midnight" part - I'd seen several Midnight-this, Midnight-thats running around, and I picked the first "Midnight" that came to mind - Midnight Rose. I've seen three different Midnight Roses running around since then--no one has stunk me (yet) for "copying" their name. Since I made my toon so late at night, my catalog comes late eve Tuesdays - which is tonight! And Rose will finally get the new emotes!! WOO HOO

Lady Penny got her name randomly, literally! I was making my toon and when the name thing came up I kept hitting random until a name I liked popped up and Lady Penny came up and I thought, wow, that's my name! (the Penny part, not the Lady, no british royalty here ) So I kept it.

I have other toons, but I'm not sure I am keeping them. I have started and deleted many toons in my 6 months on TT.

Mister Max Nuttygadget <<< heh i was joing trough the list and picked some random stuff.... i like the name max hehe sounds cool .... nuttygadget came out of nowere for sure.. as for my other toon, good ol' furball.. its a cat so i jsut taught of naming it a furball and my latest toon (uber in training) called Cool Cat, that was just in purpose to see what people think of a dog called cat

More Badgers stuff! Bucky Badger is Wisconsin's mascot, and since I'm obsessed, that's what I decided to do! The Badgers' main color is red, so that's why he's red. Dog is the closest species to badgers, so he's a dog. Pip Squeak (mouse) was just because I'm not that creative, but still wanted a play on words. Iva Sitting Duck (duck) felt appropriate for an uber.

Loopy Nickelgoose was a TT generated name. He was originally meant for my now 9yo son who we joke can be loopy at times. Since he couldn't read a few years ago, I worked the toon and well, he never really got to play Loopy

I created Squeak E Valentine just before Valentine's Day in 2007 and named her that as my birthday is Valentine's Day.

Snowball (my test toon) is a black cat I created on Halloween of 2007. Snowball was the black cat that belonged to Lisa Simpson on the Simpsons. We love that show and well, being a Lisa and all, it just seemed to work.

I have a (now) unpaid account with Future Glue Stick - I had wanted to make a horse and just thought the name was too funny! Anita Hug is also there, just thought the name was cute

Snuggle Bunny and Cuddle Bunny are just two adorable bunnies - we wanted to make twin toons and we both didn't have bunnies, so we went with that.

Hi everybody, well momo rufflemuffin came about because I call my youngest momo and the rufflemuffin was just a silly addition. My others are Zenkat to reflect my Kungfu, and Perilous Hare is from a book I am reading to the kids, and it sounded right for a cog-fighting bunny to be of the perilous sort. I tried Fatal Beauty as a joke but they rejected it. I can´t believe they let someone call their toon Shaggendragon LOL or Chase-n-tail but Fatal Beauty is bad??? All my adult friends tolerate my obsession and laugh at my names but I have made bigger gaffs in my life so this seems pretty fun to me. The worst is trying to say some of them.

Sheriff Z.Z. Jumbleteeth. Even too this day, I still hate that name. When I first made the toon when I was very young I didn't know you could choose your own name by typing it in. I thought the name was cool so I made it. I don't like it.

I pick momstoon because all the other toon would know i was a mom. Probably what u figured huh

Well, Emma came from a LONG time ago. Ever since I was little, I had always loved the name, and I always wished I could change my name to that. I guess that's simply the reason why I chose it since I've always loved that name. The dog is my favorite animal too, so I thought, why not have a dog named Emma?

Sweet Raspberry just came into my mind while eating some raspberries. Raspberries are one of my favorite fruits, and I just put the "Sweet" on there to make it sound, well, more sweet! I chose a rabbit for that because the rabbit's voice sounds so sweet and innocent. I had a friend who made a blue rabbit the same time I did which was then named Sweet Blueberry.

Ahhh - names!
My daughter was after me to create my own toon. We were in the car and she took offense at something I said. I said - Oh no -don't be Miss Poutyface . She told me not to call her names and I said I'd name my toon after her as I liked it! So, that was the first. Miss Terri Novel played into the 'Miss' naming convention and shows you my reading preferences. Then, Miss Saren Dippity is a brown monkey. There is/was a troop of brown monkeys on Test that all had 'naughty' names like Pandemonium, etc. So, her name was reverse of their style.

Mimi McSqueak was part of a clan that formed on another list. And, finally Lime Cat (gotta love that!). She was going to be Miss Tickle Cat or some variation. However, when I made my black cats this Halloween I couldn't name either one (open and test) anything! Even names from the name generated are rejected . So, I have Lime Cat and Sea Green Cat - both black

Little Wacky was made in honor of a friend in-game. Midnite Purr was basically in reference to her being a black cat. My original toon (which I no longer possess) was named pretty kitty, which was my cat's nickname in RL.
