So over the weekend I was minding my own business getting a lift into the River from a TF that isn’t part of TTF. He (Pig) was at his estate and when I popped in he had a TF (Cat) there and I told him thanks and was about to be on my merry way when Pig asked if I wanted a code from Cat. I said sure, why not. Then after I applied Cats code she said Hi and I said hey. Then Pig told me Cat was 10 and Cat asked me how old I was and I told her 41. Cat started backing up like a scardy cat. No big deal…it was funny. Maybe you shouldn’t be handing out codes to strangers little one.
They are over the hill talking where I can’t see them but of course I can see their words. Pig says "she is nice I know her". Cat say’s "she might be a kidnaper". Still no big deal, still funny. I whispered to Pig to tell her to feel free to delete me if she is that terrified.
So I go into Pigs house thinking I’ll check to see if Cat has all the emotes that I have available (Since I always do that for new friends-even if I plan on deleting them later). Cat didn’t have Think yet so I got it for her. Cat was in the house and was outside the window still too scared to come closer to the old lady. Cat said again that I might be a kidnapper and Pig says that I didn’t know where Cat was so how could I kidnap her. So cat says well I might tell her my name and then she could look me up and find me and kidnap me. I said giving out names is a TT NO NO. I then told her I didn’t have time to kidnap because I needed more merits. Cat said “you are not funny grandma”. Then she says “I just got a special delivery…who sent it?” I said “I did”. She said “I’m not picking it up”
About this time Chip was asking me what I was doing and I told him I needed a factory and he said he did too. So I told Pig and Cat that I was going to defeat a factory. They both followed, I guess they were going to go with us. Then I got to Chip and Pig starts telling Chip he stinks and then in chat he said She’s my friend you go away. I’m like OK. NO! Chip is my good friend from TTF. Then we proceed to the Sell HQ and I see Cat lurking up behind me while still in the PG so I turned and said BOO!!.
We got to the factory and Pig and Cat had disappeared. I whispered to Pig to see if he was coming. He said “nah got a bldg instead”. So Chip and I go on in. Halfway thru the factory Cat whispers to me “Teleport Please” I say “Sorry I’m in the factory”. She says “well Hurry Up” I say “EXCUSE ME!!” She says “You are lucky I’m even whispering to you” I said DELETE. Then I whispered to Pig to tell Cat that I didn’t need that kind of luck. Then later after Pig got off line I deleted him too (cause he was meant to Chip).
This is the first time I have deleted anyone while they were still online. I just hate that popup “So and So has taken you off their friend list”. Even if I never play with the toon it still seems hurtful.
BTW, Cat was an orange cat named Girlfriend (42 laff or so I think) hateful little kitty

Yep...I couldn't agree more. If I'm going to eject someone, I'll wait until they are offline. If they are mean I'll do it right in front of them.
As a matter of fact, one of my "friends" tp'd to me, made friends with the toon I was with then took me off his list right there. I had to laugh. That was quite a move. Of course, as soon as he was gone she kicked him off her list.

LOLOLOLOLOLOL!!!! Ahhhh, ROTFL!!!!!
That is the funniest story I have heard in a long time! I imagine you were quite frustrated at the time but-OMG!!!! That is really priceless! Kids just love to add intrigue into every little situation. Haha! The funniest part is where you said, "Boo!" I think I might've kept the cat on my list longer just to see what other things she would've played out over time. Hilarious, heehee!

Wow... Run away from the kidnapper! I rarely remove people if they are online, and it's only if there's a good reason I'm doing it and I don't want to forget (I can do that sometimes...). Strange day. Those are 2 friends I guess you don't need! Remind me not to stink anyone near you...

You put up with more than I would have
I have deleted a few that were online and told them why I was doing it before I actually did it.

Wow, sorry you had to go through that!
Glad you deleted her and what you said to friend as to why.
The cat's logic cracks me up though--why would she give you her name if she thinks you might kidnap her?

Wow that is some story. At least the kid has sense enough to be leery of strange adults. Not that you're strange, but you know what I mean lol. I had a non SF decide to SF me and it turned out to be an 8 yr old kid and I said I don't really like keeping kids on my list, but I will keep you if you like. He said, No I like my family. So I took him off later that day lol but felt bad doing it right there. That is too much. I have never taken anyone off while online either as I have had no reason too. The only time I take people off is to make room for new friends and then it's people that don't ever play anymore.

You know, that happens to more people than you think.
I can recall the exact same situation I had a few months ago. Not with the same toon though...
Some kids just dont fully understand why adults dont like to have kids on their list... Case in point...
I usually find out if they are kids or adults before i make friends, as I am usually making SFs through other SFs. But now with all the upgrades and strict monitoring... even passing codes is getting risky(just my opinion k folks)...
Sorry your weekend was so dramatically stressful. But like Varmint said you went alot longer than most of us would, I think... I would've deleted the moment "kidnapper" came out ROFL!!! I dont need to be dealing with nonsense.. getting 5500 merits with randoms is nonsense enough for me LMAO!!!

Wow when you said it was a long story why you deleted a friend that was a pig tonight and referred me to ttf I had no idea. I have to admit I deal well with children since I have 6 children of my own but I have no patience for children that are rude. I would have deleted both when they started being rude and accusing you of something that was simply in their imaginations.

When my daughter played and was 9 or so, I wouldn't let her make TF unless we really knew that person (ok, there was one exception but I had been TF long enough I felt comfortable). So, for that reason, if someone TF'ed me and they were a kid I'd just tell them that since I wouldn't let my daughter, it isn't fair for me to have kid friends. And, I'd delete them.
Now, I am pretty sure who folks are before TFing them. Bucky is my current kid exception
But, I have to ask - if Cat was afraid why is she handing out codes left and right??

Yup I agree. Once they said they weren't going to pick up the package with the kidnapper bomb in it they would have gone poof right there Can't remember if I've ever X'd someone while they were online but I'm sure somewhere down the line I have. I've seen a few Girlfriends on TT and it's never been a good experience. Usually they are obnoxious or stinking someone or something like that. Guess it goes with the name?
In this case I wouldn't blink an eye hitting the X with them online. (also one of the reasons I don't friend random)

I hate to delete while online also, but some people need to learn how to behave and in that case, I think you were very patient and that they both should know better for the next time that they make random friends. Personally, I don't make any random friends anymore.

I have 3 kid friends on my list, Bucky, Max and Elissah. All three are so much fun to play with. I am happy to be able to experience it. I have had player that were kids, no sf, but you can tell their kids by their behavior. Some become what I call stalkers. They either jump to you continuously or, the whisper can you tp to me and when you can't they get mad. One even go so mad, I was in a building and I said sorry I'm in a building, she tried to come to me over and over and over, through an entire 5 story. As soon as I got out, I unfriended her but not before she came to me. She said "Hey" and tried to friend me again, but I said no!! Then of course she stank me until I ran to my estate! LOL She was just so obnoxious!!!!

I love it when they get so mad you won't leave a building to immediately come to their side, that they unfriend you
I had one that would just TP to me all the time for no apparent reason. Would sometimes do what I was going to, sometimes wander off and the TP to me again. Yikes!
I've only rarely unfriended someone while they were online. I did have someone unfriend me while online and then write a blog about it - but that's an old, old story

Why with a name like Granny Frecklebee surely you wouldn't be anything other than a sweet little Gray haired Granny would you?
Me: What's that?
unknown: unintelligible whispers
Me: She's not a Grandma?
unknown: unintelligible whispers
Me: she's not that old?
ROFL
That is too funny! But really, what kind of "Kid" did she think would be behind a Toon named "GRANNY anything" LOL
I had 2 duck friends, working cash, that were always in river and one day one of them comes to my house and keeps asking to be my friend? He's already my friend so I'm confused but then I realize he's talking about Jumping a code. So he does jump one and I find out he's 10 years old! and the other duck is his twin brother LOL Wildfire and Binky Thundernoodle Jr. (a GIRL toon) Like most others I don't have Kids for SF's(BB is my exception too) but they seemed SO smart I said Okay. They have since removed me since I don't do mints anymore on MCGQ But, I was glad so I didn't have to remove them

THat is so funny. I am glad you guys dont delete till they are offline. I have a 7 year old who has his own toon and accepts every invite. He gets made at me when i say no when i am playing on my own toon. Tears almost fall when i deny an invite. I let him be SF with max and ty max for being so nice to him. He is so ecited to have a SF, I did have a talk with him for following max everywhere since he is a small toon and doesnt get the strategy of the game. He is my sons highest laff friend. So thank you everybody for remembering these are alot of small kids.

Funny story! Don't they know that adults like this game more than the kids do. HAHA! Sad too. They just have no idea what a great friend they lost.

A kidnapper? Ahaha...that's odd. Especially since you didn't ask where she lived or anything.
I recently made an sf from this website (not naming names) who asked me how old I was, which I'm sort of uncomfortable with giving out in TT, even though it's right there on the side of my post (ehehe <_<), so I told her I was 1337. XD
She said she was 12, and man, she was really obnoxious. She kept telling me to follow her, and she wouldn't stop jumping. At one point I told her I'd be right back and she said ok, and when I came back about 30 seconds later she was jumping all over me going, "HELLO? U THERE? HELLO? HELLO?"
Then later, me and another sf saw her stinking a certain person from this website (still not naming names), and we weren't exactly sure why. I asked her what the person did and she didn't give me much of an answer...I got a, "hes mean".
But it made me feel bad because she's just one year younger than me, you know? And I'm not like that at all. ._.
I kind of get the feeling that a bunch of of the adults here think most kids are like that...but we're not all that bad. Really.
