| Here's what works for me and avatars
1. I use MS Paint (Programs, Accessories, Paint) 2. I copy/paste my pic into Paint, make whatever edits I want Then I go one of two ways: 3A. I can move the already small picture to the upper left hand corner and adjust size to 100 by 100 (Image, Attributes, adjust to 100x100 pixels). or 3B I can use Image, Stretch/Skew to make the pic 50% size, 10% size, etc. Checking Image/Attributes until I get under 100x100. I love Paint. Play with it some as there are some funky tools in this minimally featured program. |
