I was TESTing last night. Got a 6 toon VP in.... There were 5 4story Sell buildings (out of 8 Sell) on Oak street. Took 4 out (some one else got the other one) and three more dropped. Never saw an invasion called last night but 4 stories were dropping like crazy. Even a 4 story Cash on Oak. 
I normally leave these but "hey" I was on my small toon who needs Merits (and gags) and helping toons with LOM tasks...
