Then I write my shopping list on a piece of arboreal-sourced cellulose-fibre-based information storage medium with a serial output pigment dispensing stylus.

ROFLMAO, I love the way you make common items sound so mystical. Personally, I use a palm to keep my grocery list as it never fails that any piece of arboreal-sourced cellulose-fibre-based information storage medium I write on with either a serial output pigment dispensing stylus or a fiber-based cylindrical carbon dispenser will disappear in the vortex of my purse.
There are several very nice cooking software packages available. You enter your recipes in the software. It will then generate nutritional information, grocery lists, etc. I don't remember the name of the one I have (shows how much I use it LOL). Being raised properly Jewish, I usually just make reservations . When I don't have the time or energy for that, I have the pizza delivery on speed-dial.
PS - you should really consider putting that into a database Kev.
PPS - geeks that our family is . . . since we run tt in windows mode, hubby created a little form with a button that he keeps open when he plays. It toggles between green with the label "Invasion" and red with the label "No Invasion". I'm going to kick it up a little notch to have it track invasion times . . . _________________ Open:
