I checked all of my toons that I play and none of them had any of the gardening stuff available in their cattlelogs. When I finally checked a few toons I rarely play (TTC and less than 20 laff for both), THEY had the gardening stuff, but none of my larger toons do! Anybody else get snubbed by the gardening fairy?
