| "Who's Online" keeps a name on the list for 15 minutes after they may have logged out, while Prillian refreshes more often. This would cause such a discrepancy.
If I want to send a message via Prillian to someone who is not showing on the list, I go to my Prillian archives and just reply to an old message. They'll get it when they get back online. Now, I'm NOT sure about this, but I think you show up on the list unless you're logged in as invisible. If the name is in italics, they have it turned on - if not, they have it turned off, but you can still send a message. If this doesn't answer your question, Brady will have to take it from here!  _________________
