I'm borrowing this from Lady Freckles, who borrowed it from someone else and posted it over at TTC 
It sounds to me like we have to earn the new gag through skill points, THEN we can plant it in our garden IF we have mastered gardening and planted the first 6 tracks. If we do that, we can use that 7th gag anytime rather than having to earn it back each time. Wonder if that means we WILL have lvl 7 of all of our tracks??
