| Just like everyone said, it is a different server. The account is free and yours as long as you have a paying account on the open servers.
One of the reasons these Mayberry events are so great is the test server is very quiet and it can be really difficult to advance your toon because help is hard to find. On the other hand on test if you find a toon around they are happy to help if they have the time. But it is not uncommon to check out both districts on test and find no toons in any of the playgrounds at all.
