| I think someone (ok - I forget who already) brought up a good point.
There are some 'bugs' that have been reported numerous times and not fixed. I work for a software companies and I'm always filing bugs and Enhancement Requests. Some of these are closed just because it would be too much effort for too little result. The good news for my company is that I have a way to look up a particular issue and let the customer know that and what the workaround is. This would be nice to have on Test. Some kind of list that we can view of issues already reported and/or being worked on or closed!
