| LOL, I have no idea why that might be, except I do always make it a point to thank them for their work and this wonderful game that I love, and to wish them a nice day. I figure they get enough complaints and it would cost me nothing to be nice. I suppose I could give it a try next time I'm on test.
I was once a diehard tester and know what it's like.
