| Okay, Mod hat on.....
Couple of observations/clarifications... 1. Boy did this get off topic...typical, eh? 
2. What I am getting out of the op is this is not a personal attack. No names were named just a reference to some toons she had previous discussed the bug reports/glitches with on test. 3. Lets try and make sure we don't make things personal, ok? I understand it is difficult to get all the possible meanings that the poster could of possibly intended in a written forum. Please give the poster(s) the benefit of the doubt. 4. This is not a them vs. us post. It is not attacking anyone on Test or any of the friendships on test. 5. It does not have to do with the specific event that happened on test. 6. It simply has to do with "do you report glitches/bugs/etc every time?" 7. As for my question, I get the "report em" for the bugs...lol...cute QT had me chuckling. Let me expand on it...when you want something fixed...how do you go about it? Do you report it and move on? Or do you keep going until you get it resolved? I am asking you to step out of toontown for a moment and consider the real world. When you receive unsatisfactory customer service, what do you do? And should this same technique be applied to disney's toontown? How many of our friends have we lost due to the unsatisfactory customer service and/or product that disney is now producing? That last question is rhetorical..no need for an answer
