| It sounds like what was happening to me long ago, and the reason I switched to ethernet cable.
Also, I would suggest sending a report now. It won't ask you to every time. Just tell them you're having problems, and could they please check your logs to be sure you have all the current updates. I also got on Live Chat and they directed me to the specific update for MY computer - they're not all the same, and the DirectX (or whatever it was) page didn't have mine listed, but TT gave me the right link.
