| Click Help - then Report a Bug. At the bottom of the selection list after that is the link for Chat with Toontown Live Support. If the link is not there, it means they're closed for the day...not sure what their hours are.
When I did that, he asked me to send a fresh report, which I did while he waited. That got him the logs that showed him what updates I needed. So get on Live Chat first and they'll take you from there. I found them very helpful, at least in this instance  Good luck!!
