The person I play with the most has been going strong since the reset on Fri 13th but I've had to make 4 (or was it 5)? new ones since then due to them not working anymore (can't get quests, go through doors, ship issues etc) We tried to figure out what I did that she didn't (or the other way around) but we can't come up with anything. Who knows??? Yesterday was so bad the 2 times I tried to play I gave up. Even doing something as simple as fighting skeletons I would get the boot. Yup the life of a beta tester. BTW I'm now naming all my new pirates Lil O'Bite so if you see me make sure to wave....ok, pirates can't wave but you can call me a scurvy dog or something 
(BTW wish they would just leave my in box alone with all the canned "sorry you are having problems" letter everytime I send in a report. Some days I send in like 10-15. Read it and fix it....don't need the replies at this point) I agree the latest is much clearer, easier to understand and has the looks of being a great game......but better? Depends on which side of the boot you're on 
As for a "spring" release? Ahhh good luck with that one Disney! My best advise to them at this point is DON'T DO IT! Unless they have a whole lot of fixes up their sleeve it just isn't going to happen!
