| I have had one account for almost two years and still no mailer. We have had our second account for just over a year and once more no mailer. I have emailed them countless times and have even had my case "raised to the next level" whatever the heck that means.
I have given up on them obviously they don't like our family or maybe it is Canada they don't like since we are in Canada but then I see you are in the US and having similar issues. I can never figure out Disney and I am no longer trying too.
